Pantaloon Retail (India) Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the Meeting of Committee of Directors of the Company was held on November 27,2006 and the committee inter-alia fixed the record date as December 19,2006 for the subdivision of equity shares of the Company from the face value of Rs. 10/- to the face value of Rs. 2/-.
I advise the investors to accumulate this stock and there may be a good run up before the record date for split of equity shares
